This is the first number with reprints as teh original books took a pause starting with issue #66. This issue reprints stories from X-Men #12 and #13.
If the cover of this were cleaned, the book might rate higher. The soiling on the cover is the biggest defect. Tese books are vey hard to find in high grade!
